Memory device is serial EEPROM 93c46 or 93c56, both SMD8 package. Expected file size for 93c46 is 128 bytes. Expected file size for 93c56 is 256 bytes. 

Use T5 transponder. The written transponder is programmed ready to start the car. The PIN code is also displayed.
