Memory device is serial EEPROM, which can be 93c56, 93c66, 93c86, 25c640 or 95c128, all SMD8 package. Expected file size for 93c56 is 256 bytes. Expected file size for 93c66 is 512 bytes. Expected file size for 93c86 is 2048 bytes. Expected file size for 25c640 is 8192 bytes. Expected file size for 95c128 is 16384 bytes.

Use T5 transponder. The written transponder is programmed ready to start the vehicle.
